It’s really not simple, is it?
Check out the proposed health care solution on the Campaign for Liberty blog and how they compare it to an over-simplified graph of government health care.
As a health care provider and as a patient, personally, I prefer the simple graph.

So glad to see Dr. Ron Paul linked to, especially by someone who may not always be reaching out to the most libertarian of audiences. This health care “plan” is going to be a disaster. It’s not a plan at all, but a big ole sticky poopy-pie with a thousand self-interested fingers stuck in it. Doctors and patients will lose. Only lobbyists, lawyers, and politicians will gain anything from this mess.
Spoodles, totally agree with you. In the end, I don’t think anyone will gain from this mess. Everyone wants decent health and the opportunity to get good health care…even the government folks involved will regret it either now or for posterity.
If it weren’t true, it would be funny… in what case did adding more bureaucracy create a ‘better’ system?
‘better’ as in kickbacks and re-election for politicians. Eventually, long lines, fewer options for patients, and an even more increased spending deficit. oh boy.
