A few of my favorite photos from the holidays:
We woke up to a white out at my in-laws home in Pennsylvania–that’s a well house, not my in-laws’ house.
Calvin on the other phone receiver chatting it up with his Daddy’s best friend.
My husband and I spent a couple hours away at a friends’ New Years Eve party while Calvin slept (er, woke up and cried for us incessantly) while his grandparents anxiously awaited us to return.
The cowboy boot applique shirt I made with love and care for my dear boy, plus the fun blue hat I ordered for him from a local craft fair…My Little Boy Blue.
Christmas morning, and a slightly better photo of the shirt I made, but the photo doesn’t depict the embroidery detail.
Calvin received several well-loved books from his many grandmas–they were a life saver on our road trip that took us to visit family members at 5 locations in 4 northeastern states.
My folks gave Calvin a cymbal and snare drum set as a gift and retorted, “This is revenge for your childhood!” Nice.
I hope you had wonderful holidays with your loved ones. My family and I wish you the very best for 2010!
