Here’s a few opportunities to give and get a little more than that warm, fuzzy feeling inside knowing you helped spread the good on this planet.
- Donate $20 to Teach for America, and you’ll earn a free copy of the Heath brothers latest release, Switch (while supplies last).
- On March 27th, the Charlottesville Waldorf School is fundraising through a Carnaval! Masquerade Ball and Silent Auction. Enjoy dancing, cocktails, hors d’ouvres, and bidding on rad prizes donated by local businesses–including a complete orthopedic/neurologic and scoliosis examination plus any necessary spinal x-rays donated by Spinal Health & Wellness.
- Enjoy a streaming live music concert, and raise funds to help Haiti through Compassion International’s HelpHaitiLive.com on Feb 27th at 7:30 Central time and will last approximately two and a half hours. Read my post on Compassion and the concert details.
If those ideas don’t nab ya, then how about taking a meal to a friend or neighbor in need, send a thank you card to someone who deserves it, and tell your child, “I love you.”
